As a completely vegetarian supermarket, customers of the Village Market's deli can be assured that our deli items contain no meat or meat by-products. We have a huge selection of fresh salads and spreads, including hummus and other dips and treats. Our deli also has a wide variety of freshly-made sandwiches, made on a daily basis and containing only the best ingredients including fresh vegetables and whole grain breads. We offer a Soup and Salad Bar, and our Hot Food Lunch Bar is available Monday through Friday and is well-known across the country. The Hot Food Lunch Bar menu is available by calling 423.236.2300 and choosing Option #1. The Village Market deli also features a vegan selection for those who prefer to completely avoid any animal products in their diets.
